KHWABGAR

Ahmad Faraz was the poet of love, peace and protest. He ruled over three generations of the lovers of Urdu poetry with his beautiful words, elegant phrases, dreamy voice, charismatic personality and his commitment to humanity in general and to the people of Pakistan in perticular. He passed away leaving the Urdu world empty of not only delicate feelings and emotions of love and ecstasy but also the clear and bold actions of protest. He has left us but will remain alive in our hearts.
We are planing to publish the AHMAD FARAZ NUMBER of our magazine to pay homage to a great friend of ours and the greatest poet of our time. This literary work will be of more than 1,000 pages and will be of great biographical and historical importance for the book shops, libraries and for the P.H.D students as far as the life and works of Ahmad Faraz are concerned.
